1PC Ball valve: Its closing part is a ball, and the stainless ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close a valve. Ball valves are mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline.
Advantage:
1. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of the pipe section of the same length.
2. Simple structure, small size and light weight.
3. Maintenance is convenient, the ball valve structure is simple, the sealing ring is generally movable, and it is more convenient to disassemble and replace.
4. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium, and the medium will not cause erosion of the sealing surface of the valve when the medium passes through.
